• Prices, trial terms, renewal periods, and taxes are shown before you confirm the purchase.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled in your App Store account settings.
• Refunds and billing disputes are generally governed by Apple policies.
• We may restrict paid access if a transaction is reversed, refunded, or flagged as fraudulent.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• upload unlawful, infringing, defamatory, exploitative, or deceptive content;
• impersonate another person or falsely suggest endorsement or affiliation;
• attempt to reverse engineer, interfere with, probe, or bypass service limits or security controls;
• use the app to create content that violates privacy, publicity, or intellectual property rights;

6. User Content

You retain whatever rights you have in the input images you submit. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to host, copy, process, transmit, and transform that content solely as necessary to operate, secure, and improve the requested service.

You represent and warrant that you have all rights and permissions needed to upload the content and request AI processing.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

Where liability cannot be excluded, our aggregate liability will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid to use the service during the 12 months before the claim arose or the minimum amount required by applicable law.
